Each staff member was very professional and the office was clean, modern, and comfortable. Great phone communication prior to appointment as well... right on schedule, a rare occurrence these days! Dr. Tran is a very conventional dentist. I have had a few dental treatments with Dr. Tran and he fully explained all of my options. He has an understanding that dentistry can make people nervous and can be tough on the pocketbook. Because of this he makes sure that you don't feel rushed and can access him. He has made a commitment to build relationships with my family and my kids don't mind going to him for checkups – this says a lot!
I had a toothache and was afraid to see a dentist. A friend of mine recommended Dr. Tran and said that he is very reasonable and considerate. After seeing Dr. Tran he explained that I only had teeth sensitivity and gave me some recommendations and knowledge on how to alleviate the pain. Needless to say, my sensitivity is gone, and I feel very comfortable calling the office staff, Samantha and Rosie, with any questions. Thanks Dr. Tran.
Love the upper and lower plates feel so confident in smiling! I think that Dr. Tran wants me to come back in to get the little or big cavaties. I dont want the rest of my teath to go bad....Miss you all at the office.
